Dr. Emily Wheeler has worked as a substance abuse counselor and supervisor for six years. After completion of her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University, she started her career in mental health and addiction services in Bradford County. Since 2016, Dr. Emily Wheeler has been a certified addiction counselor and supervisor, taking a brief break to complete her Ph.D.

Abby graduated from Mansfield University in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Minor in History. Born and raised in Tioga County, Abby is passionate about providing support for the residents within her community. Abby's knowledge in psychology brings added value to the team.

Sophia serves as an Administrative Assistant for Meadowlark Counseling Services, working primarily in our Knoxville, PA office while also supporting operations in Mansfield. Originally from Elkland, PA, Sophia brings a strong sense of community pride to her role and is dedicated to helping individuals and families access the care they need.

With a natural passion for organization, teamwork, and compassionate service, Sophia enjoys being part of a mission-driven environment where she can support both clients and staff. She values the opportunity to work closely with the community she grew up in and continues to call home.

Outside of Meadowlark, Sophia enjoys reading, working out, and finding meaningful ways to continue growing both personally and professionally. Her commitment to helping others and her warm, welcoming presence make her an essential part of the Meadowlark team.

Rebecca serves as the Clinical Supervisor and an Addictions Counselor at Meadowlark Counseling Services. In addition to her work at Meadowlark, she is an Associate Professor at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania – Mansfield, where she teaches and mentors undergraduate students in early childhood and elementary education.

With a Ph.D. in Education and more than two decades of experience working with individuals from preschool through adulthood, Rebecca brings a rich blend of academic, consulting, and counseling expertise to her role. She is deeply committed to helping individuals explore the underlying causes of their mental health and addiction challenges so they can move toward healing and improved wellbeing.

Rebecca approaches every client with empathy, meeting them where they are and supporting them as they build on their strengths. Her background in business management further enhances the leadership, organization, and thoughtful guidance she contributes to Meadowlark Counseling Services. 

Kaitlyn graduated from Mansfield University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Since then, she has built meaningful experience serving in a variety of roles including line staff, counselor, and treatment supervisor in both inpatient and outpatient settings. With more than eight years of dedicated work supporting juveniles, Kaitlyn brings deep compassion and insight to her work.

She is passionate about helping individuals understand the root causes of their mental health and substance use challenges so they can move toward healing and a better quality of life. Kaitlyn is committed to meeting clients where they are, supporting them with empathy, and helping them discover their strengths on the path to lasting wellbeing.
